Steakhouse Hamburgers (gluten free, low FODMAP)

Hamburgers that are juicy and tender, whether you make them rare or well done.

This recipe is for 3 hamburgers patties. Each patty is about 380 kcal (32 g protein, 3 g carbs, 26 g fat).


500 g minced beef (at least 12-15% fat)

1/2 tsp garlic infused oil
1/2 tbsp GF Worcester sauce
3/4 tsp salt
10 g GF breadcrumbs
3 tbsp milk

Cooking instructions

Mix all the ingredient except meat and soak for 5 minutes.

Add beef and combine well.

Form 3 patties. Make a slight dimple in the center of each patty. When the meat cooks, the center tends to dome.

Grill, covered, for 2 minutes on one side. Flip and grill to desired done-ness.
